morning sun...
were you to visit the gallery,
this would be your view as you began to walk out, heading back to your car...
there's still time, the peak of color has not yet been reached
take a drive, see a beautiful landscape
and come to Bog Pond Pottery along the way
distinctively unusual pots in an excellent atmosphere...

Traditional Jar
when I made this I thought it was very traditional
in shape, concept, and etc...
just a round open jar with a clean lip rim
this one has a beautiful surface
and a nice quiet presence...

Virginia Creeper...
just beside the log splitter
I've no interest in splitting in the rain
and it has begun raining...
maybe some studio time finally...
Lava Bowl
Lava Bowl w/ Coral Interior...

Lava Wall Tray
this wall tray remains a favorite from the wood kiln
vibrant surface, active flame path and rich color
I remain fascinated by it's character...

Working the pile
each fall the shed has to be filled
to heat the studio and house
it's a little late due to my hernia surgery
but me and the mesh are holding up well...
week or 2 more and i'll be set...
