Spent some time with the Sandy River this morning
after dropping Wyatt to school,
waiting for the hardware store to open in search of lopers...
there is much to take in here, especially as I'm wondering where
I'll end up after my current circumstances are over...
here though in these rocks is a direction to follow with the pots,
the age honored shaping of granite with time and the force and gentleness of water
I like the edges and the organic softness of the rocks,
left as memory of many spring runs...
when the warm up of cups and bowls runs it's course
I'll begin here and see what follows...
